What happens after I submit a claim?
After you complete all the steps for filing a new claim, you
will receive an email message containing the confirmation
number for this claim. Keep this number in a safe place
because you will have to use this number for future
reference. This claim will be reviewed by
the case manager and once it is approved, you will receive
an email notification. This process generally takes 2-3
days.
What are the fees? The fee for filing a complaint with NACHI ADRS is $300.
Methods of payment are listed below.
Can I make changes to my claims/cases? You can make changes only to an incomplete claim. You cannot
make changes to pending claims and filed cases online. You
can contact the case manager assigned to your case.
What payment methods can I use for my claim?

be accepted. Please make checks payable to "NACHI" and
